Dan Ebner has been appointed the Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Vice-Chair by the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law for the 2019-2020 term.

ABA committee leaders are elected based on a clear demonstration of leadership ability and their substantive knowledge in specific areas of law. Vice-chairs are responsible for utilizing the talent of committee members, monitoring communications, and facilitating group discussions of current legal issues.
